Muricata Renovation

An original Mount Maunganui beach bungalow, this project was in need of a new lease on life.
Designed by local architect John Henderson, renovation includes extension of dining, master bedroom and ensuite and extensive outdoor living area. With all new sash window joinery and a mixture of aesthetics.
