Buck Woods (Director)
Buck is the heart and soul of Woods Painting. Originally working on the brush when Woods started as a one man band, Buck now focuses on the business side of things. His day to day involves connecting with clients, managing pricing, and keeping things running efficiently. Outside of work, Buck is a proud husband and dad to three kids, and when he’s not with his family, you’ll likely find him out on the surf. Born and raised in Gisborne, Buck’s journey took him overseas through a surf sponsorship before settling in Tauranga. After completing a diploma in design, he initially found himself behind a computer all day, but the itch to do something hands on led him to start Woods Painting. His drive and determination to push Woods Painting to the next level have helped make it the go-to painting company in the Bay.
Summer Rowe (Office Manager)
Summer is the friendly face and organizational powerhouse behind the scenes at Woods Painting. With a degree in Marketing and Public Relations, she joined the team in 2023 and quickly became an integral part of the business. Summer’s role keeps everything running smoothly, from managing client communications to overseeing office operations.
Kevin Pious (Quantity Surveyor)
Kevin joined Woods Painting as a junior Quantity Surveyor and has grown with the business into a key part of our commercial team. Through his progression with the company, he now understands our systems, pricing, and operations inside out.With a sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of our processes, Kevin plays a vital role in producing accurate, transparent pricing and setting projects up for success from the start
